Selling
How do I post an ad?
Create a free account and log in, then click Post an Ad. Fill in the title, category, condition, price, location and description, add at least one clear photo, enter your WhatsApp number, and submit.
Why is my ad "Pending review"?
Every new ad is checked by our team before it goes live. This is to keep scams and banned items off the site. Once approved, it appears on the homepage and in search. You can see its status in My Ads.
Why was my ad rejected?
Ads are rejected if they break our rules, for example a banned item, unclear photos, or a misleading description. Fix the problem, then post it again, or contact us if you think it was a mistake.
How do I edit or delete my ad?
Open My Ads. Each ad has an Edit button, to change the details or photos, and a Delete button to remove it.
Does it cost anything to post?
Posting an ad is free. If we add paid features in future, the price will always be shown before you pay.
What makes an ad sell faster?
Use bright photos taken from several angles, write a specific title with the brand and model, describe any faults honestly, set a fair price, and reply quickly on WhatsApp.
Buying
How do I contact a seller?
Open the ad and click Contact via WhatsApp. It opens a chat with the seller and a message already written about the ad.
Can I pay through FEXIWALT?
No. We don't handle payments. You agree the price and how to pay directly with the seller, ideally when you meet and have checked the item.
How do I save an ad for later?
Tap the heart on any ad. Your saved ads are in your Wishlist. You need to be logged in.
Staying safe
Safety tips for buyers and sellers
- Meet in a public, busy place, in daylight, and take a friend if you can.
- Check the item carefully, and test it, before you pay.
- Never pay in advance, send "delivery fees" or "deposits", or pay someone you haven't met.
- Be careful of prices that look too good to be true, and of sellers who rush you.
- Don't share your passwords, OTP codes, ID numbers or bank or mobile money PIN with anyone.
- For vehicles and property, check the documents and the owner's identity.
I think an ad is a scam. What should I do?
Don't send money. Contact us with the link to the ad and what happened, and we'll look into it and remove it if it breaks the rules.
Your account
I forgot my password.
Go to the Forgot password page, enter your email, and we'll send you a link to choose a new one. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive in a few minutes.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us from the email address you registered with and ask us to delete your account. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
